The CD Music for Strings is the result of a collaboration between the string orchestra Young Belgian Strings under the direction of Dirk Van de Moortel and award-winning composer Dirk Brossé.
Music for Strings contains existing and new compositions for string orchestra and compositions for soloist and string orchestra. For this album, the composer and conductor were able to call upon Belgian top artists such as violinist Lorenzo Gatto, cellist Marie Hallynck, soprano Ana Naqe and saxophonist Frank Debruyne.
