Legendary British guitarist and lutenist Julian Bream bequeathed his complete music collection to the Jerwood Library at Trinity Laban Conservatoire in London. Bream transcribed countless works for guitar from the Renaissance to the present day. Though these pieces became known through his recordings, they were never published in print. Guitarist Giulio Cecchi studied the originals in London and has now recorded a selection. The works are by Scarlatti, Weiss, Albéniz, Granados, Bartók, and Lutosławski.
