Il Gardellino (amateur) orchestra stage

From 8 to 13 February 2027, baroque orchestra Il Gardellino is organising its first orchestra workshop specifically for amateur musicians. The orchestra rehearses under the direction of Marcel Ponseele, and participants are also coached by musicians from the orchestra. The workshop concludes with a concert at AMUZ. On the programme: orchestral music by G.P. Telemann, J.S. Bach and G.F. Händel. The workshop is intended for amateurs of all age groups with an interest in authentic performance practice. Experience in this is a plus, but not a requirement. A reasonable command of your instrument is, however, a prerequisite. Practical information: Register for the workshop via Il Gardellino / registration deadline: 01.11.26 Final concert: admission is free, but reservation is necessary
