The Sonus Quintet is the first German reed quintet, consisting of clarinet, bass clarinet, saxophone, oboe and bassoon. This unique combination of woodwind instruments creates imaginative and airy sounds, which come beautifully into their own on the GENUIN debut album of the Stuttgart ensemble. The programme consists of own transcriptions and an original composition.
