Orchester der Wiener Staatsoper

The Vienna State Opera (German: Wiener Staatsoper; formerly k.k. Hofoper) in Wien is the most important and largest opera house in Austria and is regarded as one of the best in the world. Since its reopening premiere in 1955, after the building was largely destroyed in World War II and subsequently rebuilt, the opera has stood as a symbol of Austria's freedom and is therefore an important monument.
