Pianist Christopher Howell presenteert zijn tweede deel met pianomuziek van Charles Hubert H. Parry, waarin hij een minder bekende kant van de grote orkest- en koorcomponist laat horen. Op het programma staan de heldere Sonate Nr. 2 in A-groot, drie stukken uit Sonnets and Songs without Words en de suite "Hands Across the Centuries", die pas in het jaar van de dood van de componist werd gepubliceerd en waarin Parry de barokvormen allemande, courante, sarabande, gavotte, menuet en jig in een laatromantische context plaatst.
