"Organised Delirium" is de persoonlijke verkenning van de sonatevorm door pianiste Tamara Stefanovich. Ze concentreert zich op de tweede pianosonate van Pierre Boulez, die ze in nauwe samenwerking met de componist repeteerde en die haar passie als vertolker nieuw leven inblies. Boulez' sonate staat voor een reorganisatie van de muziek na de vernietiging ervan in de Tweede Wereldoorlog. Het baanbrekende werk wordt gecombineerd met 20e-eeuwse sonates van Hanns Eisler, Béla Bartók en Dmitri Sjostakovitsj, die elk het gebruik van de term 'sonate' in vraag stellen. Het programma eindigt met een terugkeer naar de oorsprong van de pianosonate met Domenico Scarlatti.
